About Michael DiCarlo

Michael DiCarlo is Founder and CEO of MAD Capital, MAD Construction and MAD Realty. Michael has his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and worked as an auditor at Deloitte, the No.1 global accounting firm, prior to establishing MAD CAPITAL in 2019. Michael’s financial acumen lends to his expertise in structuring real estate transactions, flips and investor deals to maximize returns all while mitigating potential pitfalls. Michael has his CA real estate and has been working in Southern California real estate for the past decade. Michael graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Biology. Michael loves spending time with his family and when not with them, he can be found on the golf course!
